1. Acceptance of Agreement & Scope

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or executing any software application developed by ANVUM (including Cuttify Pro and Denttify Clinical), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use the software.

ANVUM is a technology software brand created and operated by engineer Ahmed Nazif, specializing in high-throughput desktop software, creator automation, and clinical management utilities.

2. Software Licenses & Authorized Limits

All ANVUM software applications are licensed, not sold, to you. ANVUM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the application on up to two (2) active personal or clinical devices controlled by you.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, unauthorized redistribution, or reselling license keys to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate key revocation without a refund.

3. Local Processing & Data Backup Responsibilities

Because our applications operate under a local-first architecture, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining secure local backups of all processed files, timeline projects, and clinical database snapshots.
  • Ensuring your physical hardware meets minimum system requirements (such as dedicated GPU acceleration).
  • Maintaining system security and antivirus protection to safeguard your locally stored database files.

4. Medical & Clinical Disclaimer (Denttify Clinical)

For our clinical medicine applications (including Denttify Clinical): The software is an administrative scheduling and patient procedure planning utility. It does not provide medical diagnostics, treatment recommendations, or professional clinical judgements. All clinical decisions, treatment plans, and patient interactions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed practitioner. Under no circumstances shall ANVUM or its founder be liable for clinical outcomes resulting from the use of the software.

5. Lifetime License Terms & Minor Updates

Purchasing a 'Lifetime License' grants you the right to run the purchased version of the application indefinitely. Minor updates, patch fixes, and compatibility revisions are provided free of charge. Major version upgrades (e.g., v2.0) may be optional and subject to upgrade fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

ANVUM products are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANVUM and its founder, Ahmed Nazif, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or video timeline corruption) arising from the use or inability to use the software.
