This Privacy Policy governs how ANVUM (anvum.com) collects, manages, and safeguards personal and technical data when you visit our website, register an account, purchase product licenses, or run our desktop software applications (such as Cuttify Pro and Denttify Clinical).
We are committed to absolute transparency. Please review this document to understand how your data is handled and the strict separation between your local offline files and encrypted cloud metadata.
ANVUM core desktop software applications are engineered from the ground up under a strict 'Local-First Architecture'. All heavy processing and computations take place locally on your personal CPU/GPU hardware without uploading your media or clinical files to external cloud servers:
When you create an ANVUM account or purchase a license, we collect only the essential metadata required to verify your purchases, grant download access, and provide technical support:
To prevent software piracy and enforce authorized device limits (maximum 2 active devices per license key), our applications compute a one-way cryptographic Hardware UUID Hash (from CPU and motherboard signatures).
This hash allows you to manage your registered PCs self-service from your ANVUM Customer Portal (anvum.com/dashboard/devices), enabling instant device deactivation and license transfers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share minimal transactional metadata strictly with authorized infrastructure partners:
Payment Gateways (Paymob, InstaPay, PayPal, Kashier): Financial transactions are processed on PCI-compliant payment gateways. We receive only transaction reference status to issue your license key. Full card numbers are never held on ANVUM servers.
Transactional Email Infrastructure (Resend, Brevo SMTP): We use Resend and Brevo to deliver license activation keys, purchase receipts, and security reset notices to your email address.
You have the right to request an export of your registered account data or request full deletion of your ANVUM profile and associated license records. To delete your account or inquire about your data, contact support@anvum.com.
